The BEST airport transfer company we have ever dealt with! John the driver was polite, very helpful and always replied to any of our calls or texts promptly really putting us at ease. The journey to Bristol airport was very smooth, he arrived at our house when he said he would, the Mercedes V Class was perfect, loads of room for 7 of us and all of our luggage too. Highly recommend John and his airport transfer service, it’s a fabulous way to start your holiday, no stressing and a relaxing journey straight to the airports front door. We recently used this company and John was great throughout, his communication stood out as it was excellent, he always replied promptly to our emails which we have found to be poor from other companies. He was on time, actually 10 minutes earlier than planned and his presentation was excellent including the Mercedes which was the icing on the cake, clean, very comfortable and smelt very fresh, just want you want! We booked Regal Chauffeurs to take me, my wife and 3 grankids to Heathrow and pick us up 2 weeks later. All I can say is John was fantastic throughout, great commuication, on time and such a friendly guy and very professional.
